Description

INDEPENDENT SENATE CANDIDATE FOR SOUTH AUSTRALIA

• For a balanced, ethical & creative independent senate input.
• As a free-thinking, unencumbered & evidence-based independent

I believe that:
• Free-speech is an essential democratic right.
• Our federal parliament must focus on a sincere Code of Conduct to improve it's own performance & integrity.
• Australia needs a global solution to problems with the UNHCR 1951 Refugee Convention.
• Academic rigour should urgently be re-established within our tertiary/ university institutions.
• Small -business requires support and action by government to ensure Australia's economic security.
• The composition of the High Court of Australia should be determined by the Australian electorate.
• To guarantee accountability, Australia should have a National Watch-dog Authority watching it's own 'watch-dogs'.
• A properly constituted National Grievance Authority would resolve problems with existing protocols.
• The findings of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change are valid and require urgent action.
• I can fairly & competently represent the views of all South Australians at this 2013 election.
